Please note that shipping times can be unpredictable. Things are mostly back to normal but I have seen delays in certain deliveries. Regardless, I will always do what I can to ensure your order reaches your hands. Shipping options: Option 1: Standard Shipping via Pos Malaysia- USD15 (USD28 for framed paintings) This is the most affordable option. Recent orders sent via this method have taken about 2-2.5 weeks to arrive. Tracking is included. However, once the parcel leaves my country it then is dependent on the arrival country's postal system to continue the status updates. Option 2: Express Shipping via DHL- USD30 (temporarily unavailable) This is the recommended option if you require your order sooner. Rates are currently higher due to the fuel surcharge however, tracking is reliable and orders typically arrive within 1 week of shipment.

While I mainly paint dogs, I've also done cats, horses and little bearded dragons! If they mean something to you, they mean something to me. If you have a REALLY unique pet and would prefer to check first, just send along a photo to tinydogpaintings@gmail.com!

This is dependent on when you make your order. To maintain fairness, I follow the order in which the commissions come in, so earlier orders will receive their illustrations sooner but the maximum waiting time is about 3.5 to 4 weeks. If you purchase something from multiple groups, the highest rate will apply for your entire order, just once. 1) Watercolour: USD15 2) Framed watercolour/lockets: USD28 3) Add-ons: USD8 All paintings are shipped from Malaysia by me, with tracking included and take about 10-15 days to arrive. For add-ons such as mugs, phone cases and t-shirts, they are shipped directly by my printing partner and will arrive separately from the original art. For example, if you purchase a watercolour painting with a phone case add-on, you will receive 2 separate parcels. One from me containing the original painting and the other from my printing partner containing the phone case. Both shipments will have its own tracking number. *For shipments within Malaysia:* Shipping within Malaysia is FREE for all orders, with tracking details provided.

I can work with most photos as long as they clearly show your pet's full body, color markings and other unique features. Best poses include: - Seated and facing forward - Lying down with all legs & paws visible - Standing with all legs & paws visible Feel free to send multiple photos from different angles for reference. Should I need additional photos, I will reach out to to you directly!

My paintings are usually kept minimal to focus on the pet. However, if you'd like to include small items like their favourite toy, blanket, the bed they're sleeping in etc, that can be done. Do note that if the object is overly intricate, I may have to incur an additional fee. But don't worry, I will always check in with you first!

This rarely ever happens but rest assure I always strive to make my clients happy! Let me know what specifically you're unhappy with. If I am unable to make the edits, I will illustrate a 2nd version and incorporate your feedback. If after the 2nd version you are still happy, I will provide you with a full refund.
